George Leon Baca was called to be in the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Dec 24, 2011. George was born April 11, 1911 in Anton Chico, New Mexico to Narciso and Bersabe (Duran) Baca. George was married to Felise Romero on August 3, 1936. During their 48 years of marriage they raised three children, Narciso, George and Aurelia Bryan (Walter) all of Colorado Springs, CO. George leaves a legacy to be passed down to the many generations of grandchildren, great grandchildren and many many nieces and nephews. During his recent 100th birthday party, George celebrated with over 5 generations of family and friends.
George loved bowling, fishing and creating wood carvings. He will be greatly missed by everyone he has touched throughout his life but he will never be forgotten.
