James Alan Butler Jr was born in Grand Junction Colorado to James Alan Butler Sr. and Theresa (Tesi) Ann Butler on April 17th, 1981. James went to School in Edmond Oklahoma and Graduated from Edmond North High School. James had a love for turtles, snakes, and dogs. You could always count on him to bring home a stray pet or reptile. James worked many jobs through his life a jack of all trades or should we say a Jim of all trades. Working at a Bakery is where James discovered his love for baking and cooking. He always made the best treats and food. James worked for many construction companies. He was a very hard worker. He had a love for electronics, you could always find him taking things apart to learn how they worked which led him to develop a love of engineering. James worked many years in a bleach factory. He ran his own business woodworking. James most recent job revolved around farming with the PK Phamily Farm. You name it James could do it. His abilities were endless, and you could always count on him helping others or finding a solution to any problem. The sadness we know James would have had knowing he was leaving his two children L.J. and Nikki to continue to grow up through their life without their father would hurt him tremendously, but without a doubt James is watching over them endlessly. James had a big heart and cared for everyone he met no matter how well he knew them. James is greatly missed by many and the impact he left on those he met was one that could never be replaced.
James is preceded in death by: Grandparents Edward Anthony and Mary Crusita Sandoval, Grandparents Louis E and Elenore Leona Butler, and Nephew Anthony Joseph Garcia.
James is survived by his children: James Alan Butler III, and Nicole Louise Butler. Sisters Kari Oborn (David), Kristi Bernal (Mike), Jamie Garcia, and Brittany Luckenbill ( Nate). Parents James Alan Butler Sr. and Theresa Ann Butler. Along with many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
