James Vincent Sisco Jr, Born Dec. 18, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York. The first born of James V. Sisco and Winifred A. Sisco. He leaves behind his two brothers Edward and Thomas and two nephews Brian Sisco and Christopher Sisco. James a native New Yorker and a long time resident of Colorado Springs.
James V Sisco Jr.served in the United States Army serving his country at the rank of Staff Sergeant He enlisted at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, New York and stationed at Fort Hood, Texas in the 1st Calvary Division as a Military Police Special Investigator. James V. Sisco Jr died on July 28, 2016.
