Jane Ann Williams

Jane was born in 1946 in Los Angeles, California to Wallace and Sue Jarman. Wally was a pilot in the US Air Force and the Jarmans were stationed all across the United States, as well as in Wiesbaden, Germany and Ankara, Turkey.

Jane attended college and graduate school in Washington, DC and then followed her parents to Colorado Springs in the 1970s. Jane always said that she had seen the world and Colorado Springs was the best place to live. She was a realtor for over 20 years, volunteered with CASA of the Pikes Peak Region, TESSA and the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, and was an early and active member of the Kissing Camels Garden Club and the women’s 18-hole golf group at Colorado Springs Country Club. Jane was an avid golfer and gardener. She also loved animals and rescued many dogs through the years.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Carlyn, son-in-law, Kagan, granddaughter, Palmer, Morkie (dog), Lulu Marie, and numerous friends. She will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 10 am in the Chapel at First United Methodist Church, 420 North Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Inurnment will be held privately with family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society.
