Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.Swan-Law.com for the Fitzhugh family.
Jean will be remembered for her warmth, thoughtfulness, great spirit and much laughter. She
was always so calm, poised and beautiful. In 49 years, Randy never heard her say anything
negative about anyone. Her legacy is love.
She and Randy were married on June 17, 1972 at the USAF Academy Chapel, and had a
wonderful journey, living in 15 cities during their adventure. They saw each other as soulmates
and the light in each other’s world. Being married to her was the best blessing that Randy ever
received, followed by their children and grandkids.
Her children learned many important lessons from her actions, more than words. Jean
welcomed our son-in-law and daughters-in-law to the family, and loved them as her own. Her
grandkids remember her as loving, kind and always available for a talk or visit.
All of Jean’s family and friends feel blessed to have known her, and will keep her beautiful spirit
with us each and every day.
