Marlene was born in San Francisco, California where she graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1953. She married her husband Charles L. Pocock on February 27, 1954 and together they served for 24 years in the USAF and 11 years with Lockheed in southern California.
After his retirement, they moved to Palmer Lake, Colorado and later to Colorado Springs, Colorado where they have lived since.
She has always been a caring, loving and supportive wife, mother and grand-mother.
Marlene was the daughter of August Mund and Frieda Gilgen Mund of San Francisco. She is survived by her two children, Steven M. Pocock of North Canton, Ohio and Elizabeth A. Gipson of Palmer Lake, Colorado, and six grand-children.
Marlene’s husband, Charles Pocock, her older brother, Richard Lister, and his wife Wanda preceded her in death.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM, Friday, November 4, 2022 at Logan Cemetery, 1000 N 1200 E, Logan, Utah 84321.
