

Norma was born in London, England on October 18, 1929, and died on October 31, 2024. Norma is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Bessie Otto and Sister Josie Hyams all from England. Norma moved to the United States in 1954 and lived in New York City where she worked as an Administrative Assistant to an Entertainment Producer. She worked on Broadway and supported many productions including Funny Girl and Auntie Mame. She met her husband, Jordan Fogel, and moved to Los Angeles where she worked in entertainment law.
After Jordan passed away, Norma chose Colorado Springs, CO as her new home. She became active in the Jewish community including the Sisterhood at Temple Shalom and Hadassah.
Norma had a fierce, independent spirit and a British sense of humor and will be remembered fondly by many. Norma’s motto was “if it’s to be, it’s up to me.”
Norma is survived by her two nephews, in England and Los Angeles, and many friends around the world.
