Robert retired as a Command Sargent Major in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife Ida Herrero, son Robert Anthony Herrero II, daughter Florencia Lopez, Brothers, Joseph, George, Johnny, Franklin and Jimmy Herrero, Sisters Josephine Ortega and Doris Trinidad as well as 5 Grandchildren, Veronica, Valencia, Marisol, Viviana and Eduardo "Lalito". He is preceded in passing by his Parents, Jose and Florencia Herrero, Son Daniel Herrero and 3 Brothers, Franklin, Carl and Michael Herrero and Sister Patricia Herrero.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary conducted at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 1830 S. Corona Ave, Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's with burial to follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
