Ronald Richard Riley, aged 78, passed away unexpectedly on December 30th, 2025. Born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on March 24, 1947, Ronald grew up on the family farm and attended high school in Webster City, Iowa. Ronald joined the Navy in 1966 and spent the majority of his life in Law Enforcement.
Throughout his life, Ronald pursued his passions with commitment, including his love for hunting, the family dogs, and the simple comfort of a good cup of coffee.During his lifetime, Ron was a devoted spouse to Bernadette Riley, a loving father to his five children, and a cherished grandfather, and great grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mary Riley and his brothers Gary and Larry Riley.
A service to celebrate Ronald's life will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery on March 24,2026 at 12:00 pm.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of your choice.
