William Quintana born October 12, 1919 in Farisita, Colorado passed away on December 4th, 2013 in Colorado Springs at the age of 94. He leaves behind his beloved spouse Frances Quintana of 68 years and five daughters: Genevieve (John) Trujillo, Pauline (Clyde) Chavez, Edith (Rex) Martinez, Debbie (Fred) Lucero and Sharon (Dan) Chavez. He also leaves behind ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. In the early years, William was a rancher in Farisita and later retired at age 62 where he spent his time with family and friends. Also during this time he traveled with his wife to different parts of the world. There will be a vigil at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on Monday from 5pm-7pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10am also at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. He will be laid to rest in Pueblo, Colorado at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
