She was preceded in death by her husband Isagani Keh, sister Leticia Yu, brother-in-law Edgardo Yu, and remaining six siblings who passed in their youth. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Keh and niece Christina Bailey.
A visitation for Arceli will be held on Friday November 21, 2025 from 5pm-9pm at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington St, Colton CA 92324. A Mass will occur on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11am in the All Souls Mausoleum 3510 E. Washington St. Colton, CA 92324. An interment will follow at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery 3510 E. Washington St Colton, CA 92324.
