Chase Michael Bradley, infant son of Kenneth and Anne Bradley, passed away on June10, 2015 at St. Bernardine's Medical Center.
Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 19, 2015, 11 a.m. at All Souls Mausoleum, followed by burial at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, both at 3510 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
