Clem married Helen Garcia on July 31, 1954 at St Mary's Catholic Church in Redlands, CA.
Clem and Helen had six children, Esther, Theresa, Anna, Josephine, Clement Jr, and Linda. From those six children they had 21 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 9 Great Great-Grandchildren.
Clem was an extremely hard worker. He worked all week long at his regular job, and on the weekends he would do yardwork as his side job. He never complained about it. Providing for his family helped to keep him motivated each and every day.
He worked as a Pipeline contractor at Westly Ray he was a delivery driver at Dill Lumber Company and he restored furniture, appliances and cabinets at Kramer's Furniture Store. He was always very proud of his work ethic and was always willing to share stories about the long delivery drives and the interesting places he delivered lumber to.
He was always so active and at times too active. He enjoyed doing yard work even into his 80s. He almost never missed 5 o'clock mass. He had to be the first one there to get his special spot in the back. Even when it was too much for him to drive to mass, he wouldn't miss mass on T.V. He would watch the rosary about 3 times a day.
He was an amazing father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. He was a role model to his children and grandchildren. We couldn't have asked for more. He was always there for each and every one of us. He will be greatly missed. He will always hold a special place in our hearts.
