Daniel is survived by his wife, Maria de Jesus Garcia; son Jesus Yahir De La Paz; daughters Jennifer A. De La Paz Rangel and Danilou Antunez De La Paz; 6 grandchildren and 7 siblings.

Viewing for Daniel will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and a funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 both at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, CA 92324. Daniel will be laid to rest thereafter at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E Washington Street, Colton, CA 92324.
