A memorial service for David will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 from1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park & Mortuary, 24145 Barton Road, Loma Linda, California 92354, followed by a reception from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
