I only have good memories of my beautiful grand son of when he was a little boy and later on a growing young man He was a loving person who loved his dad dearly I remember when he lived with us in Cherry Valley  and I yelled at his dad and his dad was a very loving and emotional man so his dad was crying and lil Eric came and hugged him and said don't worry dad every thing is going to be ok. One day when he lived in Ariz. with his uncle MAtt he came over we lived next door and I was complaining about a co worker and I remember him telling me"grandma tell her to back off because I'm here to protect you and I really mean it grandma and I started laughing and I said it's not like that babe she only likes to contradict me and he said I mean it grandma no one messes with you. All I know is that he loved family and may god have him by his side . I love you baby.


I’m so broken-hearted by you being gone! I can’t believe it!! We had many memories together. My favorite was listening to rock n roll gangster over and over and just singing as if we were the performers lol but One memory especially ill always hold in my heart and always cherish. You mean more to me then I ever expressed. I love you. 😘 rest easy 

I love you so much mijo...I have so many good memories from the time you were born to the last time we spoke ... but those memories are for me and u only and I will always hold them and you in my heart forevermore....I will miss you so much mijo .... I can't believe I will be attending services for you today Eric I think about when I first met you we all chilled at bones house man I must have been about 13 years old. You were my cousins best friend and he always would tell me how good of a homie you were to him I was glad to grow older and get to find that out for myself.  I remember when I was having some issues at home and you and shiree let me stay at your apartment you made me feel so welcome we grubbed and watched movies all night. Countless parties. Sleepless nights, fights, to many laughs to count and memories that will never fade is what I'll always keep with me. Rest Eazy Green Eyes you will never be forgotten💚

For me its still hard to believe my dad is gone because in my eyes he couldn't be defeated, in my eyes he was the stroungest man I knew . I loved my dad with all my heart and I always will even though he may not have been home he was still always with either on the phone or through a text and a letter of he really needed too because that's just the man he was he loved his family that he felt family is the most important thing in life and he taught me that so I'm glad he did because he taught me a lot and that was the one that I needed to know most. It hurts to know I won't be able to hear his voice again or hear him tell me another joke or teach me something he thought I needed to know like how to get all the girls or something small like that because it was the little things like that which made me smile or laugh the most. From now on I'm a man of this family and I'm gonna protect this family because that's what my dad always told me the man of the family does and that's why my dad was respected by us so much no matter what he did or where he was he was never telling us what he needed it was always what do we need because that's how much he cared for his family he always put us before himself this is the thing I noticed most about my dad and it taught me how to be a good man. I'm hurting we all are but I'm gonna stay strong to make him and all of my family proud . I will always love and miss you dad

I will always Cherish those memories of Eric from the first time I seen him sooo cute and his lil Travecito ways when he was little . The way him and my son were when they were together was funny but nerve wrecking. Those are the memories I have that bring a smile to my face.  He Respected those who Earned it and was there if you needed him. Most of my memories are seeing you as a little boy running around jumping off the roof into your swimming pool!!! Thinking to myself wow!! Cousin has her hands full !! It was her kids that kept her going strong & happy you kids made her an amazing mom she's my inspiration and role model I admire her so much!!❤❤ I thank you for letting me be apart of your kids lives my kids share many good memories with them but all I ask of you is to please be a forever beautiful angel watching over my cousin Dina and her family !!!💖

We started off with just a friendship but thanks be to God that I gained a brother through it. There's so many memories from when we were Young bucks to when the day you got taken to live peacefully in the kingdom of heaven. I hope you knew then and now the appreciation I had for you and how much I value you being there for me in my recovery. I speak from the soul. You knew what it was carnal. With that I'll remember the words you told me one night last year, "just know you knew Eric Green Eyes Moreno. You had more than a friend in him. You had a brother. So many people wanted to know me like this but you were one of the few selected." I love and miss you brother. Until we meet again. Love G Daddy.

Oh Eric, how i miss you! I wish i got to talk to you one last time! Thank you for always checking in on me and making sure i was OK. I'm really going to miss that the most. You were like my big brother. My favorite memories of you would be from when we were kids and just meeting you! I  thought you were so cool. You always stuck up for us when my brother was a jerk. We would all be fighting and he would be like Eric help me these girls are crazy but you would be laughing like hell naw, that's what you get lol. I remember my mom taking you to the doctors lol and going with your mom to pick you up. We have so many memories but i can't seem to think of all of them at this time. I wish it wasn't under these circumstances! I hung out with little Eric and i love that kid so much. He reminds me so much of you. That little boy is going to doing great things. I'm glad a piece of you is still here. I will forever cherish the time i get to spend with your boy. Please watch over us all with those beautiful eyes of yours. I can't actually believe that my dad is gone it hurts me every time I think about him but I can't cry because I have to stay strong for my grandma and all my other siblings but I know we all cried when they brought his body back but that wasn't even the hard part the hard part is when they bury him we will never see his real face again and I was amazed on how so much people came supported our family that really meant a lot to us we would not have raised any money without the people that helped out on just anything who gave money came and gave love everybody but most importantly I loved my dad a lot he was funny and played around a lot also made sure nobody was messing with me and my brother he made us feel very safe  and when he would talk to me and my brother he would tell us how much he loved us and wanted to come home and wanted us to live with him and he wouldn't do bad no more he said when he came home he couldn't wait to watch   our football games because of all the pictures he seen in my football gear and all the other pictures he of my first day of fifth grade I wish he was here today of my first day of sixth grade I know how proud he is of me right I just wish I could  hear his voice because he was like my favorite man in the world and still will be in my heart thank you dad for being the person who were I love you so much and thank you

My dearest son losing you has been the hardest thing that I have endured in my life I can't believe that you are really gone and mama will never hear your voice again but I do have many memories of us and our family . You are my guardian 👼 Angel my dear son mama will cry and cry and cry but even a million tears won't bring you back to me I pray that your in Heaven with your dad and your both enjoying each other's company I love you both so much and I won't ever let your memories go .
