Florence Jean Melchior was born on January 25, 1918 in Max, North Dakota and passed away on December 5, 2011 in San Bernardino, California. Florence was a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army during WWII as a nurse. Florence is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A visitation including a rosary will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Montecito Mortuary in the Valley View Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Immaculate Conception in Colton, California at 10:00 A.M. Burial to follow at Montecito Memorial Park.
