Foo-Wah is survived by her daughter, Sherene Looi; her daughter, Shirley Chee; her son, Desmond Lip; her daughter, Stacey Lip; and her daughter, Sharon Lip.

A memorial service for Foo-Wah will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E. Washington St, Colton, CA 92324.
