Grandma was such a nice and caring person. I remember when I was younger she would take care of all us young grandchildren. My cousins Joshua, Noah, and I were always at her house after school. She would always take us out for ice cream and do fun puzzles with us. I’m really gonna miss coming into town and just having small talk with her and going to sundowners for lunch. I love and will always miss you. 

My Tia Frances was also my godmother. I can't say she treated me special because she treated everyone special. She was kind and always had a smile. I remember the every day things about her, like her cooking in the kitchen after work and her sweeping the floor. My sister Rachel and I spent many a summer at her house growing up. We couldn't wait for school to let out and go to Tia Frances' for the summer. She taught me how to make chicken taquitos and we would laugh at dumb jokes like, Who cut the cheese? , as we shredded cheese for dinner. I remember many a 4th of July lighting fireworks in the street in front of her house or playing in the backyard. I remember how she would check on us before bed when we slept over. I remember the smell of her face cream. She never forgot to send me a Christmas card even though I moved often.  She seemed to know where I was. She was beautiful inside and out. I thank God for sharing her with us. 

To know my tía Frances was to know pure and unconditional love.  She always greeted you with a beautiful smile and a great big hug. She was always genuinely happy to see her loved ones. We were always excited when she came to visit and hated to see her leave. I have so many happy memories of her that I will always cherish.  She took a piece of my heart with her. 
From now on, to our family, tiramisu will forever be known as turtle soup.😉🤣.
Tia, I love you and miss you so much. I wish you didn't have to go

I remember when I used to go over to my grandma’s house we would always make quesadillas together. She would always give me a cup of her zero sugar Pepsi. She was the best, I miss her. She would always have a place in my heart. Rest In Peace grandma we love you.

Frances married my brother when I was nine years and I immediately knew I had a friend.  She made a beautiful bride.  She always had a smile when she saw me and made me feel special. 
 I would sneek out and walked to her house.  She'd take time to teach me her cooking skills.  To this day I still chop my onion the way she taught me.  Every time I chop it I think of her.  She was so kind to me.  When she had my niece  I was so mesmerized even if I had no clue how she did it.  I could only think that she had super powers. Last time I saw her, I never thought that it would be the last time.  She was still beautiful and the last thing I remember is her smile. I'll miss her very much. 

My mom was always ready to go anywhere at anytime.  It was fun hanging out with her and she would never admit if she was tired.  We would laugh A LOT! I'm going to miss our conversations. I Love you mom! 💜

She will be greeted in heaven by the loving arms of family and friends. Her motherly love will be with you. Love never leaves you. I know that everytime you share a joyous or sad experience on earth she will be with you. I am sure your mother was so proud of your achievents your character and your strength. She will always be close.

I loved visiting, she would talk to me and let me make tortillas 😆. Tia Frances was also  very kind to my brother and I. You will always hold a very special place in my heart. love you tia.. I love you all.

I didn’t know Frances but I knew her daughter Mary Naranjo (Orange, as I called her) and if Mary is any reflection of her mother Frances then I know Frances was an amazing woman who instilled wonderful values in her children.  My heart goes out to Mary and her family. I pray for peace and comfort for them all. Rest In Heaven Frances. Love you Mary!

I will always remember grandma and everything we did in our life together.
She was so funny and always welcomed my friends to call her grandma too. She well be missed everyday especially when I'm in cali.  me and grandma hung out on her last days after her partner left her side  💔  I will never forget the bond me and grandma made together ❤ 

Frances Vasquez left to be with the Lord on 9/3/2021. She leaves behind to mourn her passing 2 daughters, Mary Naranjo (Jose) and Sylvia Valadez. 7 grandchildren, Leticia, Angelina, Daniel, Ralphie, Matthew, Joshua, and Noah. 10 great grandkids, Brianna, Anthony, Xavier, Zack, Myla, Vayda, Julian, Roman, Daniel, and Nathaniel. She is preceeded in death by her parents Rosalio and Isidora Rios, her grandson Raymond and her long time partner Nati. 

My mom had such a pretty smile and she was so quick to laugh at herself.  She was funny without even knowing it. I miss her already. 😢
