Gamaliel S. Lopez, Sr., 90 years old of Loma Linda, California, passed away on May 27, 2015 at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Gamaliel was born on February 19, 1925, in Polillo Quezon, Philippines, to Miguel and Consolasion Lopez. He is preceded in death by his wife, Adelina , children, Idah Jean Layug and Gamaliel Lopez, Jr. He is survived by daughters, Josephine Matsumoto, Kathryn Sicalids and Betsy Tan. Also, 10 grandchildren.
Mr. Lopez was a very good tailor for over 50 years.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, beginning at 1 p.m., followed by Memorial Service at 2 p.m., both at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
Gamaliel will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
