Harold Leslie Clarett Sr.

Harold Leslie Clarett, Sr. passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024, in Little Elm, TX. Harold was born April 13, 1940, to Dorothy Lee Clarett in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Due to the passing of his mother as a toddler, his uncle Freddie and aunt Lena Battle reared him in Tucson Arizona.

Harold began working at the tender age of 13. After graduating from high school, he worked for a time in the culinary industry. At the age of 25 Harold left Arizona for greener pastures in Los Angeles, CA. His green pasture was in the form of Mary Ann Jackson as he fell head over heels in love. Enjoying 59 years of wedded bliss as they tied the knot on October 30, 1965. Harold worked as steel wire technician to support his family until he retired and relocated to Little Elm, Tx until he graduated to his home in heaven.

Harold leaves behind his wife Mary Ann Clarrett; daughters Helen Annette Birks and husband Jim Birks, Jacquelyn Renee White, Toylen Deda Clarrett; Sons Harold Leslie Clarrett,Jr and Andrew Dramaine Clarrett; twelve grandchildren; Nineteen great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson, Delfino Saint Sanchez, born April 11, 2024; and a host of extended family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Lee Clarett.

Harold loved the Lord and lived as an example for all. His legacy will continue with his family!
