A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and “Tia”. Mom was remarkably loving and patient with everyone. Her passion was her family, to whom she selflessly devoted her entire life. Mom loved to watch “Novelas” all night long, and she knew the Bible inside and out. She was an adrenaline junkie who loved to drive fast and to fly low and slow through clouds or fog with her son. Mom was a strong supporter of all first responders and the military. Mom was a Patriot.
I Never Saw Your Wings
How is it that I never saw your wings
when you were here with me?
When you closed your eyes and soared
to the Heavens I could hear the
faint flutter of you wings as you left.
Your body no longer on this side
your spirit here eternally I see your halo shine.
I close my eyes and see the multi-colored wings
surround me in my saddest moments and my happiest times.
Mother my angel God has given you your assignment
always my mother forever my angel.
You fly into my dreams and when I am asleep
I feel your wings brush against my face wiping away
the tears I shed since I can no longer hold
you in my arms but in my heart.
You earned those wings dear mother
and you will always be me angel eternal.

A memorial service for Heidi will be held Monday, January 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324.
I am home in heaven, dear ones, oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed. I am now at peace forever, safely home in heaven at last. There is still work waiting for you, so you must not idly stand. Do it now, while life remaineth, you shall rest in God’s own land. When that work is all completed, he will gently call you home. Ah, the rapture of that meeting, oh, the joy to see you come!
