She was born in Loma Linda and was raised in San Bernardino most of her young life. Met Marvin Steeman, married and moved to Fontana and raised a family. She worked as a florist for a local florist in Fontana for many years.
She was very artistic, she could sew, knit, crochet, needlepoint, and loved to do color pencil coloring.
She would travel and loved to go camping with the family and go on sea cruises.
