Jeff is survived by his parents Daniel and Pamela Martin, his sister Ami, his son Jordan, daughter Isabel and mother of his children, Haide.
Jeff graduated from Fontana High School in 1997 and worked at Stater Brothers as a store manager.
A visitation will be held at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, July 30, 2018. The funeral will be Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 10:00 AM, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. An interment will occur Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 11:30 AM at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
In Lieu of flowers a scholarship fund in Jeff's memory has been established in honor of his children, Jordan and Isabel at the Bank of America.
