Joanne, daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Police, was born in 1960 in San Bernardino, California. She graduated from Eisenhower High School in Rialto. She attended San Bernardino Valley college and studied art. She worked in customer service at Chicago Title and First American Title. She was an Office Manager at Elite Landscape for 17 years. She was married to Mark for 28 years, and resided in Loma Linda, California. She was a loving and caring person and had a great love for cats.
