After a long career, he retired form Redlands Police Department and then San Bernardino County Welfare Fraud.
We will miss his talk of old cars, drags, midget racing, guns and radio controlled cars and airplanes. He always said that getting his private pilot’s license was one of his biggest accomplishments as he loved planes of any shape and sizes.
But John’s family was his greatest love. He is survived by his wife and life partner Gail, his children David, Mike (Trish), and Connie (Bill). His grandchildren, James (Christy), Christopher (Crystal), Tara, Jessica, Karli (Sam), Cami and Cassi. His Great-grandchildren Cloe, Cali, Noah, Haylie, Grayson and Myles. He is also survived by his sister Linda (Bill). He was proceeded in death by his grandson Joshua.
Services will be held graveside at Montecito Park on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 1:30 in the afternoon. Please enter at the main gate on Waterman/Barton Road.
