Manuela H. Marquez, 91 years old of Rialto, California, passed away on January 17, 2014 at her home. She was born on December 25, 1922 in Mexico to Adolfo and Bruna Herrera. She is survived by her children, Ponciano Marquez, Ramiro Marquez and Matilde Virgen. Also, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Manuela worked as a citrus packer for over 10 years.
Visitation and Rosary will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014, beginning at 7 p.m., and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 31, 2014, 11 a.m, both at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 339 Sycamore Ave., Rialto, California. Burial will follow at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
