Mike M. Martinez

 He served in the United States Army , and Received an HONORABE DISCHARGED IN 1946

 When he Retired from the Santa Fe/Southern Pacific Railroad in 1985

------He was honored

 with a Congressional Recognition from US Senator, Alan Cranston

He married our Mother, Blanca Eva on Valentine’s Day –in 1948

a total of 69 loving years

On their 50th Anniversary they received a Presidential Congratulatory Letter

from: President Bill Clinton & First Lady Hillary

They are proud parents and blessed with their

Children Granchildren Great-Grandchildren & Great Great Grand--Daughter

He never sought RECOGNITION-IT was all from the HEART!

How ever ---HIS ACTIONS DID NOT GO UN-NOTICED

In 2004 He received recognition from the California Legislative Assembly

For his dedication to the Home of Neighborly Service

And in In 2011 he was again honored by the

Home of Neighborly Service for his Continued Community Service

As a Family, we are Proud and know that he has touched many lifes!

There are many here today, that will always have special memories of times

shared and his generosity.
