

Nicholas T. Lopez shared his life on earth from September 18, 1939 to September 4, 2024, just short of his 85th birthday. He was born and raised in San Bernardino, California, where he graduated from San Bernardino High School. His employment history includes working at Kaiser Steel, Alcan Aluminum and Hub Construction where he ended his labor career. He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuela de la Paz “Nellie” and Jesus B. “Chuey” Lopez, his sister Frances Alva, and his loving wife of 57 years, Carmen Olivia “Livvy” Lopez. He is survived by his three children, Lisa Corral (Victor Corral), Nicholas Lopez II (fmr spouse, Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Lopez), Anissa Cano (Tony Cano), nine grandchildren, Brittney Lopez, Hailey Olsen, Gabrielle Costello, Emilee Corral, Jacob Cano, Nicholas Lopez III, Camryn Corral, Kobe Cano, Adam Cano, and eight great-grandchildren, Mikah Rueda, Rory Rueda, Ryder Olsen, Charlotte Costello, Roman Olsen, Lucy Costello, Brooklyn Morris, and Ruth Ann Costello (on the way). Survivors also include, his sisters, Rosa “Rosie” Ruiz, Hortensia “Tencha” Lopez, Consuelo “Connie” Guisa, Socorro “Sookie” Ortiz, Yolanda “Yoyie” Rivera, Lucia “Luci” Negrete and Anna Guzman, his two brother in-laws, Danny Carrasco Sr., and Rick Diaz, as well as several nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
