Octavio Deniz was born in Pihuamo, Jalisco, Mexico on February 26 1956. He grew up in Pihuamo, Jalisco, Mexico and Tijuana Baja California where he completed high school before moving to Los Angeles with his brother. While living with his brother Jesus he discovered his craft of upholstery which he would master over a lifetime of being in the trade. Octavio met the love of his life, Bertha Zamudio, at his cousin Josefina’s home, she was married to Francisco Zamudio (One of Bertha’s brothers) who she lived with at the time. Octavio and Bertha married and had 4 children they loved and cherished, Octavio, Andrew, Fred Ernest & Christina. Octavio leaves behind his 2 children, Fred Ernest & Christina, brothers & sisters, cousins, countless nieces & nephews, and a long list of lifelong friends. Octavio was a loving husband, a great role model to his children, a kind father, brother, uncle and friend that will be missed forever.
