Peter “Pop” Salgado Jr. was born on July 31, 1952 to Vicenta and Pedro Salgado. He was born in Los Angeles, and raised in Norwalk California. He made a living as a professional tile setter, some examples of his art can be found at Disneyland, local Kaisers, and many of your homes. He was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. He retired in 2012 to take care of his wife and spend time with his family. He had a giving heart and would have given the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He may not be here with us any longer but his spirit will live on forever.
Peter leaves behind his wife Linda, mother Vicenta, three sisters Bertha, Rosie, and Stella, one brother Joe, 10 children Aaron, Adrian, Aisha, Daniel, Maria, Mickey, Nicholas, Roy, Salvador, and Tony. 21 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
