Philip Arnold Miles, longtime resident of Rialto, passed away October 9, 2011 in San Bernardino at the age of 72. Philip was born in Los Angeles, CA. Philip was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Miles and Dortha Way Miles. Philip is survived by his sister, Carol Dominguez and brother Wayne Miles.
