Phyllis Draper, 89 of Highland, California passed away on April 10, 2010 in Apple Valley, California. She is survived by her daughter Charlene M. Wyatt and her son David A. Draper, 4 grandchildren William D. Bolt, Christy Cimino-Pinkerton, Shawn Draper, and Joey Draper, 10 great grandchildren Ryan Pinkerton, Jenna Pinkerton, Raymond Pinkerton, Tristen Draper, Devin Draper, Hannah Draper, Ethan Draper, Riley Draper, Katie Jo Draper, and Gracie Draper. Graveside service will be held on April 26, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California 92324. Services are entrusted to Montecito Mortuary.
