Rodrigo Salomon Martinez passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2020. He was born in Santa Ana, El Salvador on February 4, 1960. His parents' names were Rodrigo Martinez Sr. & Juana Martinez. Rodrigo later attended college in Los Angeles and had the dream to start his own company. That dream finally came true in 1994 and the dream was given a name, Pilot Trucking School. For over 25 years, Rodrigo helped thousands of drivers achieve their commercial licenses. He was an inspiration to his students, guiding them as a mentor throughout their time in school & post graduation. Rodrigo had an incredibly infectious laugh and knew just how to make people smile in any situation. He was a natural comedian. Rodrigo was an active supporter of Lacoste polos. In his pastime, soccer & basketball were his favorites: FC Barcelona & LA Lakers. He loved the outdoors and traveling to new places, engaging with new people & participating in different cultures & languages. He was truly a family man. Rodrigo was the definition of the American dream. His drive and charisma was truly inspirational. He has touched so many lives in such a positive light. Rodrigo is survived by Ana Martinez (his wife), & Bryan and Vanessa (his children). Rodrigo will be missed tremendously and forever loved by many.
