Roger was born on April 24, 1958 in Long Beach, California and graduated from Rubidoux High School in Riverside, California. He worked for many years at Oak Harbor Freight Lines in Fontana, California and leaves behind many friends there.
Roger's passion was his music. He was a rock n’ roller through and through, having played bass since he was 16 years old and founding the band "Rockshots". Many in the music community are saddened by the loss of this special man and fellow band mate.
His family and friends will always remember him as a wonderful husband, father, family member, friend and the whole world to his three dogs. Countless friends and family will forever remember his contagious laughter and wonderful bear hugs. He touched the lives of so many people.
He always gave 100% to everything he did. When he married Janeyn, he was blessed with an immediate family. He passionately embraced that role and even shared with them his love of camping and tubing at the Kern River, a tradition his family continues to this day.
Friends and family are invited to attend his memorial service on March 11, 2016 at 10am at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton, California with a celebration of life immediately following at their home.
