He is survived by his wife, Amelia and his 4 children, Elena Klopfer, James Lugo, Romeo Lugo, Jr. and Anna Lugo. Also his 6 grandchildren. Romeo was a veteran of the US Air Force and worked in the Steel Industry for 40 years.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, 4-8 p.m. at Montecito Valley View Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial was held at Blessed John the XXIII Catholic Church, in Rialto, California on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at 10 a.m. Burial followed at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton, California.
