Rosita E. Lopez

Rosita Elfreda Lopez was born Thursday, November 11, 1954 in Belize City, Belize to Daniel and Eurica Meighan. She was the eldest of eight siblings. She was preceded in death by her father and her sister Elizabeth. She is survived by her mother Eurica, three brothers, Daniel Meighan of Belize City, Belize, Shane Meighan of Long Island, New York and Charles “Teddy” Meighan of Belize City, Belize, and three sisters, Carol Leslie of Belize City, Belize, Glenda “Dutch” Meighan of Loma Linda, CA and Julia Espinosa of Colton, CA.

She graduated St. Catherine’s Academy in 1973 and married Francis Lopez on May 18, 1974. They had two children, Anissia Roth and Lewis Lopez. She is survived by her husband, Francis, her children, Anissia Roth of Riverside, CA and Lewis Lopez of Rialto, CA and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Noah, Lucie, Jeshua and Isa whom she loved very much.

Rose, as she was known to many, passed away to join her heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 where she will reunite with her father Daniel and her sister Elizabeth.

She was a strong , independent woman who loved her entire family with her whole heart. She was always there with a willing hand, heart and spirit. The very foundation of her life was built on the love she had for her family. Her radiance and generosity of spirit will truly be missed.
