Socorro C. Armstrong, 88 passed away in Colton California on January 19, 2017.
Socorro was an Engineer for Telecommunications for 30 years, she is survived by her husband Delmar; 4 children Richard Ochoa, Vivian Shiffman, Delmar L. Armstrong, Gregory Armstrong; 5 grandchildren Jeff, Michael, Shaun, Taryn, Ryan and 1 great grandchild Ryker.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
