Stephen Richard Rodrigues was born on December 11, 1950 in Honalulu, Hawaii and passed away on November, 18, 2014 in San Bernardino, California. Stephen is survived by his loving wife Betty and children, Stephen and Guyson. He will have a Memorial service on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3860 N. Waterman in San Bernardino, California.
