Sue Ann Cook, 73 years old of Rialto, California, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. She was born on February 1, 1939 to John and Alberta Fleming in Galesburg, Illinois. She is survived by her son and two daughters.
Graveside service will be held on November 21, 2012, 1 p.m. at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
