Tracy Ann Spear, 35 years old of Highland, California, passed away on May 27, 2010. She is survived bay her parents, Paul and Wanda Spear and sister, Trudi Loder. She worked as a restaurant manager at the "Outback" for 15 years. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
