

He was born to Roberta and William Brown in San Bernardino, California on October 20, 1962. He grew up in Rialto, moving to Redlands at the age of 11. He graduated from Redlands High School in 1981.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Billy became a successful business owner of Brown’s Auto Works in Rialto. His custom fabrication and automotive painting talents can still be found on numerous cars and hot rods in Southern California. He was a true outdoorsman always looking for adventure from motocross, fishing, hunting, camping, piloting his ultralight, and driving his Polaris RZR off-road car. His most important role was being a father to his children, from sports and cheerleading practices to building and racing remote control cars, his children were his passion and the center of his life.
Billy is survived by his three children Sebastian Brown, Wil Brown, and Sabrina Brown, and his mother Roberta Brown, all from Redlands.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 14, at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 West Washington St., Colton, CA with a celebration of life immediately following at a second location. A viewing will be held Thursday November 13 from 4PM to 8PM at Montecito Memorial Park.
