Conner Michael Riggins

Conner went home to Jesus on October 3, 2021. He was born and raised in Savage, MD to Chris Riggins, Sr. and Cindy Riggins. He was a very spunky, energetic, funny and loving son, brother, uncle and friend.

He loved dirt bikes, traveling, the beach and his family.

He is survived by his mother and father, Chris Riggins, Sr. and Cindy Riggins, a sister, Paige Riggins, a brother, Chris Riggins, Jr., a stepbrother, Joe Upman, a sister-in-law, Kristin Spisso, a very special niece, Miss Summer Annabelle Clark and a very close cousin, Mark Walters, Jr. He’s also survived by 3 grandmothers, 2 grandfathers, many aunts, uncles and cousins and his step-mother Susanna Cansino.

A receiving of friends for Conner will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Witzke Funeral Homes Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD 21045, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM.
