On August 30, 2013; ROSE ELLEN KATHRYN CONNERTON (nee Gelia) passed away. She is the beloved wife of John Connerton; loving mother of John Connerton Jr. and wife Stephanie, James Connerton and wife Carol Ann, Robert Connerton and wife Michele, and Cathleen Spencer and husband Derwood; cherished grandma of Elizabeth Rose Connerton and Alexis Connerton Spencer; dear sister of Ruth Ann Roscioli, Patricia Gaiardo, Judy Granville, David Gilia, Stephen Gilia, and the late James Gilia.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 3rd from 1-3PM at WITZKE FUNERAL HOMES, INC.; 5555 Twin Knolls Road; Columbia, MD 21045; where a funeral service will follow at 3PM. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer's Association Greater Maryland ; 1850 York Road, Suite D; Timonium, MD 21093 or to National Multiple Sclerosis Society; 2219 York Road., Suite 302; Timonium, MD 21093.
