On December 25, 2011, Rosemary Downey, loving wife of Thomas Downey for 36 years. A resident of Columbia for 25 years and an avid equestrian and animal lover. Caring mother of John Downey and wife Juliana, Brian Downey, and Jeremy Downey. Sister of Priscilla Hennessey and James Crosson.
Family will receive friends at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Friday, December 30th from 1 to 5pm, where services will be held at 5pm.
