Visitation will be held Saturday, July 23, 2016, from 1 to 2pm with a Celebration of Life at 2pm at Memorial Funeral Home.
Bethany was born on July 23, 1982, in Sweet Springs, MO to Rick Johnson and Brenda Holtsclaw.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Ruby Mae Johnson and grandfathers Carl Ramon Holtsclaw and David Johnson.
Bethany is survived by her father Rick Johnson; mother Brenda (Nedy) Boyd; grandmother Ruth Fuqua; husband Ashton Eubanks; children Abbie Rae Faught, Colby Pearl, Bryson Pearl, and Shawn Cummings Jr.; siblings Alison Johnson, Jay Johnson, Alex Boyd, Nick Boyd, Tyler Johnson, Courtney Hanger and Linsey Fulton; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
