

She was born on May 26, 1931 in Norborne, MO, the daughter of Hazel (Williams) and Rolf Noll. Darlene married Gene Bryan on June 18, 1950 in Richmond, MO.
Darlene worked as a trust officer at Boone County National Bank. She owned and operated Fleur-De- Lite Candles and co owned Barnloft Antiques with her son, Glen, until 1995. She was a water color artist and was co-founder of The Wooly Hookers, receiving several awards for her designs. Darlene enjoyed fishing with her lifelong friend, Shirley Cade, and playing Bridge. Bourbon and water were served daily at 4:00 pm in her home.
Survivors include her sons, David Bryan, Glen (Ronda) Bryan and Denver (Anne) Bryan; 6 grandchildren, Jason (Lori), Justin (Melanie), Jerrod (Amanda), Ben, Will and Rachel Bryan; four great grandchildren, Shelby, Levi, Ethan and Wyatt Bryan; one sister, Jane Swofford and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gene Bryan in 1993 and two sisters, Jo Hanson and Shirley Harrison.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 pm, Sunday, July 12, 2015 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
