Fran was an old soul. Kind yet firm, caring yet pointed. To those who got to know her there was an aura of respectfulness and duty to serve. To those who were lucky enough to enter her inner circle there was unrelenting loyalty and love. She was proud of who she was and what she has set forth in her legacy, which will live on through everyone she touched. A devoted Mother, Memaw, and friend to many, Fran will continue among us in the countless memories and laughs we’ve shared.
