Kaytina Marie Harrison, 53 of Columbia, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021. A private service for family and close friends took place at Memorial Funeral Home. She was laid to rest near her son, Ryan, in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Kaytina was born to Alvin Kleinsorge and Marie (Collum) Kleinsorge in Columbia, on January 23, 1968. She was a graduate of Rock Bridge High School, and earned a degree in Business from Columbia College. She was a partner in a local insurance business for many years. She will be remembered by family and friends as a great cook who enjoyed gardening, landscaping, fishing, and a good football game. She was a loving daughter, sister, and a devoted mother.
Kaytina is survived by her mother, Marie Kleinsorge of Columbia; her sons, Clayton and Gabe Harrison of Grand Junction, Colorado; one brother, Kevin (Cathy) Kleinsorge of Columbia; two step-sons, Matthew (Mariah) Harrison and Daniel Harrison; one niece, Macey Ann (Steven) Cole; one nephew, Kyle (Brynn) Kleinsorge; and a host of cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Kleinsorge and one son, Ryan Thompson.
Donations in Kaytina’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
