Patti, as she was known to her friends and family, attended Columbia schools and graduated with the class of 1963 from Hickman High School. She went on to attend Christian College, earning an associate degree in 1965.
She worked for many years as a bookkeeper. Her work brought her into contact with countless people, and she had a remarkable way of turning coworkers and acquaintances into lasting friends. Her kindness, steady presence, and warm smile left an impression on everyone she met.
Patti was an ESA member for many years, helping to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In her honor, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Above all else, Patricia's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her son, Troy Palmer, and her four grandchildren: Christopher, Jacob, Justus, and Sydney Palmer.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
